Nakajima Hisao

The titular Undead Bancho! Though as his story begins, his "gang" only has one member besides himself. He's a "Rotbound", an undead human marked by black eyes and colorful horns.

The benefits of this are that he can survive most injuries so long as his heart isn't destroyed. The downsides are that many people fear or hate Rotbound, and he is far from an exception.

Satsuma Goro

Nakajima's best friend and the only other member of his gang. He's loyal to Nakajima, and believes that their little gang simply hasn't hit its strive yet. He also works with Nakajima at Miss Fudo's auto garage.

Princeton Storm West

An exchange student who came oddly in the last semester of his senior year. He and Nakajima begin to interact mostly through happenstance, as they do not start off on particuarly positive terms with one another.

Takoita Akira

Another Bancho who Nakajima is the self-proclaimed rival of, and fights almost every day (though Nakajima is yet to win). He seldom concerns himself with this rivalry though, keeping his eyes on something bigger than just a humble leader of delinquents.
